Finding Quality Consignment Furniture

Today I wanted to showcase a furniture store that has the right idea.  Most of us, when we are shopping for furniture, just want to be able to find the right combination of pieces and put them together cohesively into our homes.  Marty Mason, a local Atlanta interior designer, has successfully created a place where customers can create their own collected look of new and lightly used furniture pieces.

Marty Mason started out with a strict furniture consignment business called Savvy Snoot which took off and has become one of the most popular furniture destinations in Atlanta.  He has since expanded his presence into Marietta and Alpharetta.

Marty's vision did not stop at high end consignment furniture though.  At heart, Marty Mason was a furniture designer and an interior designer.  With his genius he has been able to merge all of these arts into one and created the Marty Mason Collected Look which is a combination and perfect cocktail of new furniture and used furniture.

Visit Marty Mason Collected Home or Savvy Snoot to have Marty or one of his talented interior design  mixologists to assist you to create a masterpiece in your home!

On the Hunt for Quality Furniture in Shreveport, LA

I recently went to visit my sister in Shreveport, Louisiana.  She has purchased a new home and needed my help in decorating it.  It's a lovely home that just needs some personality.  My sister has good taste and was struggling to find quality furniture stores in the area that offered her something unique and possibly custom that she could really enjoy.

Nothing allows more artistic expression than decorating your home. Choosing themes, picking out complementary colors, and adding personal accents all contribute to making a house into a home. Shopping for furniture in the Shreveport area, was a lot less of an adventure, and a lot more of a hassle.  Shreveport, while one of America’s most lovely and hospitable places to make a home, is not overflowing with home décor selections.

The charming city of Shreveport offers many great museums, casinos and restaurants, but when it comes to finding quality furniture pieces for your home, the options are rather limited. The handful of stores that sell furniture in the area can take you across the city, only to find the colors in the showroom don't match your color scheme. My sister does not want to be forced to settle for the less than comfortable bedroom set or a far less than visually appealing love seat because of lack of options.

While searching for a quality furniture store nearby, my sister and I happened upon Swann's Furniture and Design which offers a top selection in quality furniture as well as the freedom to customize products to fit our style needs.  Swann furniture houses such brands as Hickory White, Stanley and many more. All of the style options we could possibly need to furnish my sister's home, with competitive prices.

At the Swann location in Tyler, TX which is only a short drive from Shreveport, the knowledgeable staff provide design tips, furniture knowledge and transaction assistance to make our furniture purchasing experience memorable. It was even simple to browse the Swann furniture website after our visit and make additional purchases from the convenience of my sister's home home. The bonus for making some of our purchases online was the no Louisiana state sales tax! Swann's Furniture & Design is the saving grace of the Furniture market in Shreveport, offering top quality products at an affordable price, all within a short drive.

Top quality brands, customizable products, convenient location and online accessibility puts Swann Furniture and Design far ahead what else Shreveport has to offer. My sister will never grow restless with her search for the perfect dining room table, or accent rug for the hallway. With a simple trip to Swann's Furniture & Design, whether online or in person is all my sister will have to do.
