In today's world customer service is important.  We all wanted to get treated with respect, honesty, and dignity.  When you are shopping for things that require a large investment, the quality of the purchase experience is important.  There is no shame in wanting to be treated well when you are shopping for something like furniture, right?

Some furniture stores get it right, they hire the right people and have the right idea about how to treat customers.  Woodbridge Interiors does this.  I make it a point to research furniture stores and when I find one that looks to be treating their customers the right way I like to publicize it.
